This is not a solicitation from me, but instead it's a little bit of information that some of you might be interested in. I found myself losing customers the day the smoking ban took effect. Being an original "corner bar" with no food I would guess I lost about 35% of my business. I spent over $10,500.00 to hire an Architect, get the permits and build a 10X10 enclosed deck. It took 7 months and was a real pain in the ass, but it helped bring back customers. Now 2 months later, I ran into an old friend of mine only to find out he is building / leasing / renting smoking rooms complete.
